  I've been turning the shower on and adding some eucalyptus oil to the water and just sitting in the steam. It helps loosen stuff up and clear you out. There are medications you can take but contact your doctor to get an accurate list.

  is it sinus infection if I get cough only in the night n my nose is either runny or choke? ? my throat is dried out too.....during day time I m okay..no such problems

  Well my nose is stuffy all day I have the humidifier on in our room but I don't feel like it's really doing anything. My 13 month old has a little cough and had a runny nose but that's gone she only ha a tiny cough left. That's where I think I got it from.

  Yep sudafed or mucinec def if they are safe in pregnancy. I didn't check my list. your headache may be caused from the sinus pressure so if you relieve one hopefully it gets both. If your symptoms persist beyond 5 days I go to dr

  If your baby has a stuffy nose bring s/he into the bathroom with you when you steam. We make it a nightly routine when we're sick. I bring some toys in with us and my DD just plays while letting the steam does its job. I then suction out her nose, which she thinks is pure torture but it helps her sleep.
