just wondering if anyone who is currently on here is suffering with true SPD? I know a few had it but I think they made the switch.
It literally is the most painful thing in the entire world. My hips click as I walk. Turning over in bed puts me in tears literally. I can barely walk just because of the immense pain in my hips. Hip pain at this level is not normal. I thought my hip was dislocated the other day and had to go to the ER. Getting in and out of the car is misery.
Can someone help me understand- has anyone had this in a previous pregnancy but not this one?? Is this something that will happen with each pregnancy now? My OB just tells me every pregnancy is different so not a helpful answer to me.
Re: Anyone left on here with SPD?
I get no relief from it.
I only get it at night and I'm sure it's from laying on my side. Which I'm a side sleeper anyways so I don't really get it at all.
It is incredibly painful and I've been in tears trying to turn over or get up out of bed. It goes away after I walk around for a few minutes.
Thankfully this baby girl will be making her debut on Friday and I'm praying that will be the end of it.
I feel your pain and wish I could tell you something that would make it better.
Can't help you with future pregnancies but I know I will advocate for myself more and be more proactive up front about PT referral.
I'm hoping to hang in there just two more weeks! My last question for those of you who had it previous pregnancies.. Did it cause an issue in vaginal birth? I read sometimes you can dislocate a hip and not know it.
