Hey ladies,
How are you guys staying energized enough to make time for the gym?? I really want to stay fit and healthy through the pregnancy because I know it's better for both me and baby, but gosh between the exhaustion and the nausea I just can't fathom the gym. I've been taking my gym clothes with me to work every day and then driving right by it on my way home. lol. Suggestions?!

I sound ambitious, as I lay here on the couch in a ball, trying not to get sick. But I managed to get the arm workout in earlier
With DD, I really couldn't make it to the gym until the 2nd tri, when my energy levels were somewhat back to normal. Hang in there, you'll get your energy back!
I take spinning classes regularly. Even sitting down for the majority of the class, I only lasted 20 mins because I was nauseous. As of now, walking on the treadmill is my go too.
