Honestly, I try and use elliptical everyday (which is becoming more challenging every week) but I'm not going to do any special exercises just for labor.
I'm trying to keep up on all my workouts but not sure how many more weeks I have left in me! I do yoga sculpt a couple times per week and one strength class. It's getting harder everyday but hoping it will help with labor and recovery.

Apparently walking everyday helped my mom pop us all out in 5hrs or less. I hope she's not giving me false hope..
Also, walk. It's good for you.
