Early labour pains?

39+2 first pregnancy
Lower abdominal and back pain on and off for about 3+ hours.. Hips and upper thighs get numb every time I feel the pain
Are these early labour pains or common symptoms during this stage of pregnancy?

I can't really say because I don't know. But my opinion is that at this stage in pregnancy everything could be considered early labor, your body is getting ready but still could be another week or so

Call your doc, they may want you to head to l&d to get the fluid checked
