Itchy rash on top of belly!

i just got this rash about two days ago now! I'm 36 weeks and four days and it's only on the top of my belly like right under my boobs.
Any ideas on what it could be!! It itches like crazy and looks like little hives almost. I keep hearing it means stretch marks are coming but I'm just curious to hear what you mommys think.

    I have had something similar for a couple of weeks now and my doctor said that it was just my body reacting to all the hormones it's not used to. He gave my a prescription for an anti itch medication but really what helps most is Aveeno lotion and staying really well hydrated. Take your bra off when you don't need to have it on and that helps too. Lastly I put a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and it does great things to keep my itching and swelling under control. I don't think it's stretch mark related though. This is my second pregnancy and I've never gotten a mark before.

    Its heat rash caused by moisture getting trapped under the boobs. I've dealt with it all pregnancy and it gets annoying. Definitely consult your doctor on this, but I'm pretty sure I'm right. If I am, you'll just need some OTC cortisone cream, works wonders for me. Good luck!
