11dpo and light bleeding? Could I still be pregnant?

Hey ladies Im new here on this site and I was just wondering if You guys could give me some advice. I have been noticing all the pregnancy symptoms the past two weeks like breast soreness, nipples turned brown, light cramp but different then regular period cramps, lack of appetite, some.nausea, heightened sense of smell, insomnia, fatigue. Anyways at 10dpo my breast soreness was almost completely gone. Started to worry. Then at 11dpo and Im having some light bright red bleeding that isn't increasing. Could I still be pregnant? That would make my period four days early and Im never early.
