I know its been pretty quiet around here lately and I don't post much anymore but am hoping to get some responses!
For those of you with ten month olds, I'd love to hear about your feeding schedules.
My LO is bottle fed and we've been doing BLW. This is her schedule:
Wake up: 7 am - 5/8 oz
8:00 am breakfast solids
9:00 am nap
11:00 am 4/6 oz
Lunch 11:30 solids
1:00 pm nap
Between 2-3 pm 4/6 oz followed by a snack
5:00 pm dinner solids
6:30 pm 6-8 oz
7:00 pm bedtime
Re: Ten month old feeding schedule
8 am wake up
830 am breakfast/solids
845/9am playtime
10am 6oz bottle/nap
12pm lunch
1230 playtime/errands etc
3pm 6oz bottle/nap
5-530pm dinner
6-730 play reading etc
730pm batH time
8pm story time
830 bedTime
She gets up 1-2 times a night mainly that 5am mark, and gets a 2 Oz bottle/diaper change when she wakes. Every so often she poops in the middle of the night...and she goes bat shit crazy lol.
9 breakfast
11/12 nap
1 wake up/ bottle
2 lunch
4 nap
5 wake up/bottle
630 dinner
730 start routine for bed
8 bottle/ bed
7:30am 4oz
9:00am solids (usually oatmeal/applesauce)
9:15am 4oz and nap
12:00pm solids and 6oz
2:00pm 6oz and nap
4:00pm 4oz
5:00pm solids and 4oz
7:00pm bedtime routine, 8oz
I am a working, exclusively pumping mom.
5am - 5oz/diaper change. Back to sleep
7/7:30am - 2-3oz playtime
9/9:30am - eat breakfast (solids)
10am - go for a walk with dog/visit park/go on swings/etc.
12/12:30pm - 5oz/nap
1/1:30pm - lunch (solids)
2pm - play
3pm - 5oz/nap
4pm - play
6pm - dinner (solids)
6:30/7pm - start bedtime routine
7:30/8pm - 6oz sleepy time
Depending on the night she'll wake up around 9pm (yes basically one hour after we initially put her down) and/or 12/1am and drink ~8oz. Luckily 99% of the time she drinks milk and immediately falls back to sleep.
@bootsiebabe I am getting the feeling mine is over her milk too! She loves solids but I'm just worried she's not getting enough nutrients from them..
@jessimax @kielpinskim do your LO's finish all the milk?
@acers I've only recently started being more consistent because she hasn't been drinking much milk!
Her 11&3 bottles she's barely finishing! I'm wondering if I should consolidate into one bottle after lunch.. So confused!
