Major cramping

So I know the cramping in early pregnancy is normal with your body adjusting, but what do you do to relieve them!?

I'm fine when I am at home and can lay down with a heating pad, but I can't exactly do that at work :(

Tylenol doesn't seem to be helping too much and I've noticed getting up to walk around a bit helps but I can't be doing that all day at work, especially since they don't know yet!!

I usually get up and talk a walk around the office, do a few stretches in the bathroom.  It helps.

    Thanks @ipumpkin

I was never one to get cramps during my period so this is a totally different kind of pain to me!

No problem, I hope it helps you.

I used to not get cramps with my periods for a long time, then all the sudden they came like a wrath from hell...and as much as I didn't want to move, I forced myself to get up and take little walks and it really helped a lot. Now with this pregnancy I occaisionally get them from round ligament pain and I do the same thing and stretching in my seat really helps.
