Seeking In home childcare in Charlotte

I have been home with our son since he was born and now as he is almost 18 months I will be returning to the workforce.  We are struggling with childcare as we would love to have someone either come to our house or bring him to an in home type setting.  Does anyone out there have any recommendations?!?!?!  Please HELP!

    You could check with a service such as care.com. Background checks available. I'm in cab co and have a 17 month old at home (and an older daughter AND another on the way). There are private nanny agencies in Charlotte...my dentist uses one but I can't remember the name. Good luck!
