Since yesterday I've had the feeling of really bad trapped wind and really painful hunger pains I ate so I wasn't hungry.. Keep feeling like I'm constipated but I'm definitely not..35 weeks.. How do I stop this
I definitely understand your pain! I was up crying for hours one night. I actually started to think I could be in labor! I know this may sound weird but what works for me is to get on my elbows and knees and kind of arch my back(just barely). I don't know why it helps me pass gas but it does. If it gets too serious call your doctor and ask them what you can do for relief.
I don't know what you mean by trapped wind, but as for the constipation, check the safe over-the-counter medications list your doctor gave you to see what you can take. If you don't have one or can't locate it, call your doctor's office. The nurse should be able to tell you what you can take. I've heard Miralax is great, but since every pregnancy is different, don't take anything unless a doctor or nurse okays it.
If you're still having issues, bring it up at your next appointment. That is not the place to be shy. I have no shame and have totally told my nurse about my constipation issues (;
Thankyou for that advice I'm not constipated though.. I have the Same stomach pain as you get when you Are but I go more now than ever haha.. Thankyou for the advice and everything though everyone
I used to get horrible gas pains with DS. I remember thinking "if delivering gas hurts this much how the hell am I going to deliver a baby?!?" I have not advice other than trying some prenatal yoga poses to help things release, but I mainly wanted to say I feel your pain. Good luck getting rid of it.
