Gross after birth issue

Has anyone had an issue with hemmroids after labor? How do you get rid of them?

    Preparation H and Tucks pads. They were there for 2 weeks. YUCK.
    Pregnant with #3, after thee, three's complete!!

    They give you stuff at the hospital and tell you how to take care of them. Everything you can buy on the shelf. You can also sit in warm tub of water that helps .
