Pregnant with mirena? or maybe it's in my head. (Long)

Hi everyone. I've never been on this board before and I am not current TTC. But I do have babies on the brain and this could be all in my head, so I figured I would come to like minded people. Let me know if I should move this post. TIA. (Possible TMI warning)

A bit if a backstory on why I have babies on the brain:
I have been active in supporting a friends pregnancy since she has little support system for her VBAC. And this friend, along with DH, want me to start TTC. I would like to wait a few more years (DD is three) but it doesn't stop me from wishing I was ready now.

I have mirena in but I was on Nuva ring when I got pregnant the first time. My mom told me I must have screwed up somehow and I was so shocked I though I must have too.

I have had mirena for about a year now with zero periods. My periods were never regular before this either. Fast foward to January 8th. We are at Disney and I wipe and see pink. It was thicker then normal period blood. I assumed I was more stressed since Disney isn't really a relaxing vacation and i started my period. (I typically had heavy periods my whole life). I brought nothing so I decide to ignore it until I can buy a pad and just wore some ugly undies. I get caught up and later on realized I haven't bled anymore. Later that night I wipe and it's the same constancy but it is brown. I go to sleep, wake up with a tiny spot of brown on my undies and there is a little brown when I wipe. After this nothing. No more spotting nothing.
I did have some cramps around that time. And I was also feeling nauseous that night and the following night or two. Which surprised be because I have thrown up once In My life, when I was in first grade. It's just not normal for me. (Could have been the massive amounts of bad food or something I thought ). when I was pregnant the first time i spit up in my mouth a bit, twice and that was it, and it was what prompted me to take a pregnancy test.
My boobs have been tingly from time to time. And I could say I may have seen a little more whitish discarge, and headaches when run up the stairs. There may be more but I have just dismissed it. But honestly with out the weird bleeding I would probably never notice anything I just mentioned. So I feel like this could also all be in my head.

I have taken at home test which were negative. But it hasn't been quite two weeks since the weird bleeding. And I don't know how sensitve my body and those tests are since I was much further along my first time. (I ignored the signs blaming stress last time which is also the possible paranoia now.)

I have to schedule a Pap smear so I was going to have them test then just in case. But do you think I should go sooner to be on the safe side. Or do you feel it's my mind. I want to say it's my mind but that bleeding really threw me.

That is really long and I stopped reading. I will say it's highly unlikely, but possible. Take a HPT. If it's negative you are not pg.

Yeah it is long. I must have had a worry wart moment.

Lol I don't want to delete it but I don't want to waste anyone else's time. >.<. Sorry! I'm sure it's all in my head.

I agree with MW... BFN = Not pregnant at this time.

See your OB, it is common to not have periods on Mirena at all. If you go another 60 days without anything, maybe test again.

Don't send her to the OB FFS. She has an IUD. It's normal

In the original post she said she had to schedule a PAP anyway... that's what I was referring to when I said "see your OB", FFS.

In have mirena &haven't had a period in 2 years. I do however randomly spot. Like 2 days total last year. Just my experience
