How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you? 17 weeks/onion

How are you feeling? Just tired still...I think my body is trying to fight off DS's cold

Favorite moment of the week? Picking DS up after he spent the night at my parents' house yesterday. He was so excited! Love seeing that face.

Least favorite moment of the week? Going to work

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones? About the same...just still tired.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests? Actually good now. Now if LO would start moving around so I can feel him/her, that would be great!

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to? a/s on 2/3

If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be? I would have a "mommy day." I would have DH take DS to daycare. I would sleep in and then eat a yummy breakfast in my pj's. Then, I'd go get a massage and go shopping. I would come home to take a nap and then read for a bit. Then I'd get dinner started and pick up my little man early and enjoy our evening.

Hey Folks,

This my first post on PGAL. I've been lurking for a couple of weeks and usually post on LGBTParenting. I posted last week on the PGAL check-in on Sept 2015.

If you could add my partner @Manada and me to the check-in that would be great. We're due Sept. 8.

A brief history: Manada has diminished ovarian reserve and I have stage IV endo and had both tubes out. After 7 unsuccessful IUIs with M, we moved on to do partner IVF. We used my eggs and M's uterus. We had 3 day 3 embryos and transferred two to M back in Feb 2014. We got pregnant with twins! On June 18 at 21 weeks, we lost our twin daughters Tavin and Casey due to pre-mature rupture of membranes caused by infection and/or incompetent cervix.

We transferred our third day 3 embryo to my uterus on Dec. 19 and are now 7 weeks along. We had our first ultrasound last week, which confirmed a singleton pregnancy in the uterus measuring on track with a good heartbeat.

I'm so glad this board exists!

How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?

7 weeks. Blueberry!

How are you feeling?

Feeling mostly okay. PGAL brain hasn't been too bad the last few days and I'm grateful for that.

Favorite moment of the week?

Seeing the heartbeat last Weds!

Least favorite moment of the week?

Maybe my huge hormonal meltdown on Sunday night about a misunderstanding over who was taking the dog out.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?

Symptoms are relatively mild which I'm grateful for (although last week before our ultrasound they were even milder and I was freaking out).
My "morning sickness" tends to be "evening sickness" and not too bad (no vomiting) especially if I'm good about eating enough.

I'm feeling pretty exhausted by late afternoon evening and have been refusing to make evening social plans, as a result.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?

PGAL brain is treating me okay today. Who knows about tomorrow...
The ultrasound last week showed a bleed in the uterus. So far I haven't had any external bleeding and at my RE's advice, I have stopped taking baby aspirin (which I was taking because I'm on estrace) and I have been continuing my self-prescribed pelvic rest. But T&P's for that to clear up on its own would be much appreciated.

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?

We will have our 8 week ultrasound next week at the RE clinic, probably on Weds.

If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
I'm so tired and low energy, that I'm tempted to say nap. At another point in my life, I might do a fun-filled day of morning at a relatively empty but awesome amusement park, afternoon on a beach, evening playing board games with friends.

Favorite moment of the week?

Nothing that really stands out, but I'm loving the cuddles with my cats.

Least favorite moment of the week?

My SIL's insensitive comments, she just doesn't get it. My nephew had his 1st birthday party over the weekend and we were just hanging out after. She was talking about how her dad would tease her about never having kids (she was accidentally KU by her BF, now husband) and that she was finally able to give them what they wanted and got to have the 1st grandchild. I'm probably being overly sensitive, but she really irritates me with those types of comments.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?

I'm not sleeping well at all.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?

I'm ok. I've been paying extra close attention to kick counts.

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?

I have a regular OB appointment tomorrow. And due date next week!

If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?

Right now, relaxing on a beach.

**FYI, I'm moving on to the other board. As of now, I'm still straddling both boards to offer support, but I won't be around here as much.

mrskblack11 You're half way there! I'm glad the doppler is doing its job to keep PGAL brain in check.

Ladies...I am moving over to the other board. I'm judging from the lack of replies today, that many other ladies have as well. This "community" just isn't the same one I joined in 2011.
