Haha.. really.. the mods are getting banned. that's a novelty.. don't think I ever recall any of our mods getting banned on the forum I was 2nd in command on

.. but then again I don't think any of them woulda pulled anything too extreme. some of the users however.. yeah I recall banning a few of those that didn't bow down to the pointy stick and some equally pointy posts lol.

I had this great animated gif of a cavemans club being slapped into a hand.. that was a sure sign that I was about to whoop on some virtual ass if the thread, or a user were getting out of hand.. that worked 96% of the time without me having to say a word lol

My other favorite was the popcorn smiley which was a fun way of saying I was watching the drama unfold so keep it PG and play nice.

When all that failed I just used my rapid fire mouth to nail their ass and send em to the corner to cool off ..

I'm glad you weren't banned @nunzchucks !
I am pretty disturbed by what's happened. I moved over with my other regular board to another site. I will still check in here from time to time because I want to stay in touch with you all. But I don't think I can stay on TB as much anymore. Which makes me sad because I've been here a long time.

Exactly, if TB keeps this up that Baby Center is going to look like a luxury site. (Pretty sad huh?) I am just confused by the new TOU. They say one thing but then if you keep reading it is contradicting. I don't know but I hope they get it together soon. @rocknrollfriend‌ I hate that you won't be as active on here. You aren't the only one I have heard say this though. :-<

@kaleb87 I know, it is just crazy what is going on, and honestly after reading through the BumpHQ posts last night I really don't know if I can continue to support TB, but I am going to try to catch up a little on whatever went on today and see. I would miss checking in with you all.

I will try to make a short version, and my opinion. (It seems like the new TOU are being interpreted differently by everyone.) I can't remember what day it happened but TB came in and "cleaned house". They instantly banned a lot of mods and members. They then set into effect new guidelines. It feels like they are saying you can talk about this, and this, but you can only respond with cookie cutter responses. Also now, they don't have to give warning they can just instantly ban you. I just hate that so many mods who put so much time, and years were just tossed to the trash. It is almost like they aren't catering to their members but trying to appeal to newbies or people with drive by post.
-Heck I might get banned for typing out all this.

@rocknrollfriend‌ I'm not sure what other board you were active on but are you moving to the new site?
*I haven't checked to see what they have released today my post was just kind of an overview if it makes any sense.

@countrygrl5533‌ didn't you post on TTGP for awhile? I think a bunch of regs there, and Parenting, and some of the snarkier BMBs, we're most directly affected (IP banned for no reason with no warning). The cover up and denial coming from the Bump Godz is horrendous.

@rocknrollfriend‌ yeah I moved over to the new site. I am only active on the S14 BMB so far. My screen name there is kale0309. The format is different and is taking me time to get used to but it is getting better everyday.

I also moved over with the F15 moms - our board was hit pretty hard with the bans. I'm really sad that this happened right before our due dates as I vividly remember how much I came to you all for advice, support, commiseration and laughter during the early insanity of newborn-hood.

Anyway, I'm planning to check in here as I would be sad to lose touch with you all.

Thanks. I guess I still don't have an opinion since I really don't spend any time on any other boards any more. I got sick of the snark over on TTGB. Pure attacking for no reason so I hope that that stops but it's sad that some people are getting banned randomly.

Google+ is more my thing to be honest.. I stuck around on here because of you guys that didn't bail to FB and keeping up with the munchkins. I rarely use any of the other boards so the drama isn't high on my radar of issues lol.. the crafter board was cool, but even that I haven't had time for lately.

I'll probably keep my account but I'll see you on Google as usual Excited

Was nice knowing you ladies.. shame it kinda went downhill in here after the facebook thing and then this. Thanks Nunz, I hope we were a relatively easy board for you to Mod on.

I'll be requesting an account deletion this week as well. FTR, the sticky post from BumpTara is total BS. The porn (which I was not involved in!!) was posted after the mass bannings, and it was directed at the a-holes who carried out the mass bannings. Claiming the bannings were a result of the porn is simply a lie.
I hope the rest of you check out the proboards site. It's really easy to navigate, and I'll miss checking in with you all.
