Who does your LO look most like?

Have people been telling you who your LO most resembles? What's the consensus?

90% of the people we see say DS is a replica of his daddy, but we get that 10% who say he is all my side of the family. IDK - he looks like a baby to me...but his little crooked smile is all Daddy that's for sure!

Shoot, I should have put a category for an even mix of both mom & dad where it's not that obvious.. guess that will be "other" for now.

People seem to think DS looks a lot like me for now. We'll see how that changes over time. It seems like my mom's side of the family genes are pretty dominant...

She only has my eyes! That's it! She has his toes his long legs which a bent a bit like his. His long torso his long fingers. Just my eyes. So depressing.

Besides DH miserable family who refuses to see any bit of me in DS everyone says he's such a blend of us both. From about the nose (including his nose) is me along with his profile but from the nose up is all his daddy

Of course she has a mix of the two of us, but I put DH because she really does look more like him than me. She started out exactly like me, but as she grows she looks more and more like him, and it's adorable

My poor DH lost horribly in the gene pool. His dad's side of the family is all dark hair and dark eyed and his mom's side is all light hair and light eyed. My whole family is light hair and light eyed. DS is blue eyed (I thought they may change but they just keep getting bluer) and strawberry blonde and if you look at my baby pics we look like the same child. He does have DH ears and some of his facial expressions but that's it.

Both of us, depending on who you ask. I think he looks a lot like DH but with my coloring. He even ended up with DH's hair pattern--thin on top, thicker in the back.

It's weird, he's a combo. He looks like baby me until he makes a facial expression and then it's all DH, but then some reactions he looks like me again lol he looks like himself!

It's so hard to tell. We get about 50-50 when we ask friends and family. There's still a lot of just "baby" in him. I think he'll be a good combination. It's kind of a fun mystery to watch him grow and change!

Everyone tells me DH. But when we look back at his baby pictures, she doesn't look like him. MIL thinks she looks like DH's aunt. It would be fun to see baby pictures of aunt and MIL. So it is definitely DH's side.

She doesn't look like me at all.

But everyone tells me how stinking cute she is, which she is!

We used to get told that she only looked like DH... from everyone! Now I have some people say that she only looks like me, or that she's a combination. I think that she's a combo, but sometimes I just look at her and think that she really looks like him, especially when she's sleeping.

LO has my eyes and that's about it. His overall look plus his ginormous head and long torso are all DH. Poor kid, he's going to have a lifetime of souring the stores for 'tall' versions of shirts so they are long enough and hats that don't fit because his head's too big.

DS looks just like DH. Except he has gorgeous blue eyes that are the exact shade of my FIL. FIL passed away 1 month before little one was conceived and it makes us so sad they never got to meet...I am hoping the eyes stay that color and LO ends up w a piece of his grandpa in him!

I only got the ears, which of course, stupid MIL says came from her. Um, no bitch, something on this kid has to look like me! He actually looks very much like one of his cousins. DH's genes are very dominant.

Everyone says he's dad's mini me. He has my coloring (more olive compared to dad's red tone). He used to have my eyes but now they're more like dad. My husband says, "Man! Everyone talks about how cute E is and how much he looks like me... I must be an Adonis!"

DD looks very much like my baby pictures. Everyone that knows me better says she looks like me and everyone that knows H better say she looks more like him. She is actually a very nice blend of us both.
