  I've never been on BC (blood clot issues) but I'm trying to think anything other than the gummies I may have taken around the same time

  It could just be random hormone fluctuations.  My skin has been freaking out for (seemingly) no reason for a few months now.  Have you changed anything else in your beauty routine lately?  Are you changing your pillowcases frequently?

  Are they the gummies with the DHA/EPA?  Fish oil can make you break out (although there isn't much in the gummies so not really sure if that would be the cause).
