I'm new here intro & question

Hello ladies. I had my first loss on October 14th followed by a d&c on October 27th of 2014. I am moving to this board in the excitement that AF has finally decided to come back into my life... I know it will help with my healing and the ttc process all over again. How many of you ladies went had a missing AF for 11 weeks after Mc or d&c

    Yes... I was just curious if anyone else had this happen to them. My doctor told me it would come when my body was ready so I'm not looking for medical advice I am just looking for others like me!!! Today makes 79 days since the bleeding stopped from my d&c

    You'll find a variety of experiences in regard to first AF after loss.

    4 Losses (2003, 2008, Apr 2012, & Oct 2012)
    All RPL and IF testing with multiple REs = normal

    5 IUIs = BFN

    All AL are welcome

    Thank you, I am sorry for your loss as well.

    I am ready so we can try again and to heal emotionally but ï am already noticing things that are different and way more intense

    Nice to see you intro over here, lots of great support! Once again, I'm sorry for you loss.
    I am not sure how to say this without getting a "solicitation" warning so I guess I just say that I am not longer active on THIS site.

    So sorry for your loss and welcome! Mine took probably 6wks to come back after d&c, but everything was alllll wacked out for a long time. Things were much quicker to go back to normal after my natural mc's. I think the d&c just generally has a longer recovery time in every way.

    Welcome and sorry for your loss.

    After my d&c it took 48 days for AF to arrive. I thought a bleed I had in between there was AF, but after some thought after I think it was just left over bleeding post d&c. I did find once I had that first AF it was much heavier than previous.

    Welcome. I am sorry for your loss. Mine took 45 days and 3 months to stabilize. I am sorry there has been such a long delay have you spoken to your Dr?

    I'm sorry for your loss. Welcome to the board. After my D&C AF came back after 40 days. It was completely different and I had delayed ovulations and shorter LPs almost every cycle.

    Sorry for your loss. Welcome to the board I hope you find it supportive. 

    I am currently on my 4th cycle post D&C and my body is still figuring out its new normal. So patience (although extremely difficult at times) is your friend. Be kind to yourself and take care. 
     Me: 30, DH: 30. Dating since 2007- Married: 5/18/13. 
    BFP: 9/3/14, Found out we had triplets 10/10/14,  EDD: 5/14/15, Confirmed MMC: 10/14/14. D&C: 10/16/14.

    Welcome aboard!

    To answer your question, it only took me 8 weeks to get my AF back, but I've read that up to 12 weeks can be normal. HTH!
