Plus Size Maternity Clothes

For us "fluffy" mommas - where do you get your plus size maternity clothes?
The stores I've found have such a limited selection!  All I want is a few basic tees to start out and I can't find them!  And if I do they're $35 per shirt - that's just crazy for a basic t-shirt.

    I'm currently in my third trimester, I found maternity clothes not to my taste, plus on the tight side and unless on sale can be expensive. I have started just buying clothes from plus size stores, or sections. Target, forever21, old navy etc. The selection is bigger, and cheaper, I also figured I would still use these clothes after.

    I got maternity jeans at Ross ($7 a pair) & just bought a bunch of shirts a size up at Old Navy on clearance.

    Clomid/Femara cycle #1 - 6/10 = BFN
    Clomid/Femara cycle #2 - 7/10 = BFP #1 - Missed miscarriage 9/2/10
    11/12 - BFP #2 - 11/22 - m/c
    5/1/11 - BFP #3 - Pre-eclampsia, IUGR & bed rest from 32w. DD born via induction 1/4/12.

    I never get very huge bumps with my pregnancies, but I'm also 6'0 tall.  I can get by with maternity jeans, which is expensive...but that's usually all I need.  I have t-shirts in tall and use cardigans.  Depending on your body type, just get minimal stuff when you absolutely need it.

    I'm a pretty big girl. I found some maternity pants at www.motherhood.com. They came with a bunch of discounts for baby stuff too. I bought them during my last pregnancy and they're still in really good shape and able to be worn for a second pregnancy :)

    Target and Old Navy are good options. If you don't mind buying online, Amazon has a decent selection as well.

    I bought some jeans and some black pants at destination maternity as staples and then I got the rest at kohls and target. Not too much of selection but with a week to go, I think I went well.

    I was a 3x for baby #1 and #2.  I shopped at Motherhood, Sears & JCPenney have a small mat section too.  I was too big for Old Navy or Target.  Macys carries Motherhood clothing and you can use Macy's discounts on it.

    part of being plus size sometimes means paying full price.  it sucks.

    I am a size 16/18 now for baby #3 and I can shop Old Navy & Target maternity now which helps - but the quality is definitely not great though the prices are better.

    Check out E-Bay - I'm TTC and am a size 20 right now.  I'm my obsessive pre-planning (i.e. boredom + TTC + love to shop) I noticed a lot of mid-high quality items available on e-bay quite inexpensively - inexpensive enough that if they aren't right, you're not out much at all, and could always resell

    Have you checked places like Goodwill or baby/child/maternity consignment shops? People donate gentally used maternity clothes to places like that and you wouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg for them. Best of luck!

    I really think someone needs to make a Big n' tall for women too.  Maternity pants for a 5'9 chick are not easy to find!
