Well, I'm pretty shocked to be joining here again. I was active on this board when we conceived DS back in 2012-2013. I wasn't physically or mentally prepared to ttc again until about 6 months ago and kept meaning to make an appt w/ our RE but kept pushing it off. DH and I were trying but our timing was usually bad or DS would be sick or one of us would be sick, something always came up. Now approaching 42.5, I kind of figured my window was about closed and since we didn't want to do anything too extensive for fertility treatments, we'd probably be one and done.
Well, long story short got my bfp two days ago. First month we used preseed again, I swear I'd write a testimonial for that lube for free, each time I've gotten a bfp we've used it, it's kind of crazy!!! So long road ahead, we've agreed not to tell anyone until our first OB appt. Meanwhile my head is spinning at managing a 2yr old while pregnant. Anyway, fingers crossed, I know it's really a 50/50 shot here of this working out so holding out hope we've used up all our bad luck already.

ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)
DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!
Congrats and welcome! I am loving that there are more people joining this board. Though I don't see you all in person, seeing you all here sure makes me feel better that I am not alone.
