Random question: pottery barn kids sale??

I noticed that pottery barn kids is having a sale (up to 20% depending on how much you spend). Do they have sales often? I fell like it's too early to buy the crib but 20% is a decent savings!

I don't know how often they do sales, but some companies take 6-8 weeks to ship the product, so if you ordered now it could potentially get to you the middle to end of March. Then it gives you time to set up the room and such. Hopefully this helps a little!

They often have sales? Restoration hardware baby is also having some good sales on a lot of stuff. I prefer reatoration to pottery barn but that's just my taste. Happy shopping. I say if you find a crib you like, buy it.

Saw this same sale and bought our crib and changing table from PBK today! I'd rather be prepared and get the stuff now just in case it takes a while to come in, even though I think it'll ship relatively quickly. Maybe it will help me feel like I have one thing in my life ready for Baby!

From what I can tell, Pottery Barn in general doesn't really have a lot of sales. At least not like this where its not limited to certain items. I've been watching the site for the last month or so and earlier this month the cribs were on sale cheaper than they are now. A few days ago the prices rose, but still a sale price. But, with the 20% off the price comes down to what it was earlier this month. That sale ends tonight I believe.

Last night I ended up ordering the crib that I was eyeing just in case the price was going to go back to the normal price or if they wouldn't have another good sale soon. My confirmation gave an estimated delivery ready date of mid-May to early June.

Nope, Pottery Barn Kids generally doesn't have sales much better than 20% unless they clearance it out, especially not on big furniture. Decor/seasonal items yes, but not really furniture. I would sign up for a new homeowner registry though and get the extra 10% off coupon if you can; it should stack with the 20%. (I think they still do that, I haven't done it in a year or two).

Pottery Barn Crate and Barell and Land of Nod - especially Land of Nod have great outlets in the Chicagoland area.. Not sure if they do elsewhere... Land of Nod's in Aurora has a great selection! Baby gear too.

It's the end of their fiscal year so everything is going to be on sale now and probably not cheaper in the coming months
