- alliterative names really grate on me, so I personally would avoid R names if you're set on Richard as the middle name, even though I probably otherwise would have picked Ryan
- Greyson I like, in theory, but it is very trendy and I'm not sure how it will age, but I like the nn Grey and overall think it sounds the best both with the middle name and your other kids.

I went with Greyson for the following reasons:
