I'm totally turned off to eggs, DH was cooking crumbled eggs yesterday morning and I threw up. The smell was like nothig I've ever smelled before, and just looking at them made me dry heave.
With my first, all meat was off limits. With my second I just didn't want chicken, fish, or peanut butter. With this one, so far the chicken and any baked goods (which is totally odd...I generally have a horrible sweet tooth especially with my past two pregnancies!).
Nothing sounds good and I've noticed, the few things that do, I can only eat once and now the thought of eating it again makes me sick.
It was only red meat and occasionally chicken with DS.
This has been me too. Saturday I was craving spaghetti so bad. We made spaghetti and it was delicious but then the next day the thought of spaghetti made me sick. Couldn't enjoy the leftovers.
with this third pregnancy its chicken skin raw or cooked I just cant look at it without wanting to run to the bathroom. Its so weird too...my first two it was whatever I ate and got morning sickness after I ate it. So oj and oatmeal I couldnt stomach after getting from it.
Nothing specific yet just food in general lol. I just try and get something I think sounds the slightest bit appetizing and I'm usually able to eat some of it.
It started with chicken and runny eggs. Now it's almost the thought of any meat went out to dinner for my birthday and my poor husband...I couldn't even eat my meal (veal and risotto).
i hate all food......its a struggle to find something to eat...and when I do I never want it again. almost 8 weeks and hopefully the end is in sight soon as I get close to 2nd tri

I agree! It's so hard to get food in. What have you been able to just get down to get something in? Looking for some ideas. I seem to only want cereal and bread/crackers.
So many things. This morning I ended up having tomato soup and toast for breakfast as it's the only thing that seemed good.

I'm currently hanging out in my bedroom because DH just grilled some chicken and the smell is nauseating me. Everything makes me nauseous. For protein, I can eat fried chicken, peanut butter, and edamame. Fruit is about the only healthy stuff I can eat but I have to force it down bc it's not appetizing. I'm almost done with my bags of salt and vinegar chips and gingerbread cookies. I'm not sick of coffee and I'm so thankful! It's around me all the time but I don't drink it anymore. I have a candle that smells like cherry vaporub and it's really effective at relieving my queasiness.
i take it one day at a time. I have been living off of sliced cucumbers, clementines, sliced apples for my snacks. toast with peanut butter for breakfast seems to be ok for now, but I am waiting for the morning when I wake up and that seems terrible too. Dinner is the worst......last night I made myself a bagel with sliced tomato, cucumber, and herb and garlic cream cheese. It was ok. I need to find more ways to integrate protein into my diet tho....that's seems to be the biggest feat right now. Today for lunch I am going to try and grilled chicken salad....but just writing that makes me want to throw up - so I doubt that will pan out.
probably get peanut butter and melba toast. lol boring!
I wish i was having food aversions. I'm already overweight and I can't stop eating everything! I really hope that changes soon. This is my first pregnancy and I'm afraid I'm going to gain ridiculous amounts of weight!
I have been on and off feeling an aversion to everything. Eggs have been grossing me out though, I tried to eat them, but they made me gag... Combination smell and texture. Half way to 12 weeks! Kinda
