Babies R Us Registry Completion Code

Hi ladies, hope everyone is well. I've been pretty much an exclusive lurker since June 14 but recently solved a registry problem that others might find helpful, so hiii.

I had my shower yesterday so I'm just now getting around to ordering the stuff I really need and the online completion code on the postcard they sent me earlier this month didn't work. I did some googling and apparently a lot of other women had the same problem, so what you have to do is call their customer service number (1-800-869-7787) and the help rep will give you a new code and make sure it works before you get off the phone. The guy I had was really helpful and probably Canadian. Wish I didn't have to call in the first place, but there you go.

    The same thing happened to me a couple of days ago. I wonder why the BRU system is malfunctioning. Like you, I just called and got a new code.

    Damn we just ordered almost $600 worth of stuff and the code wasnt working. .I should have called :(

    We in canada don't get a completion code - stuck paying full price for everything :(
