Hey ladies I need advice and motivation to move the twins into their own room or own rooms. Having a hard time with it but not sure what to do. What's your advice and personal experiences? Thanks!
C started sleeping in her own room at 6 weeks- we didn't really transition her- she went from sleeping in a bassinet in our room to sleeping in a crib her own room cold turkey. She had taken some naps in her crib prior to the transition. I'm guessing the transition will be easier on your twins than you, so I would just do it cold turkey. I don't have twins but if I did I would probably have them share a room. Good luck!
We moved LO to his room at 8 weeks cold turkey. He had been sleeping in the pack and play in our bedroom, so the crib wasn't all that different. We had a fan going in his room for white noise, and now that it's winter he has a humidifier running. I say just go for it, you might have some rough nights at the start but stick with it and it will get better!
DD is still in our room in her crib. We planned on moving her last weekend but it didn't happen. I did start feeding her in there last week to get her used to her room. I'm having a hard time with her moving rooms
