City Select Car seat Adapter?

I got a basically new City Select with the second seat for $250 today. It seriously looks brand new, however I'll need an adapter for an infant car seat.  Some of the reviews for different brands are pretty mixed, and since we need a new infant seat I just wondered if anyone had one and if so, your experience with the adapter and accessories in general!!
TIA!!

Re: City Select Car seat Adapter?

  • I had a city mini double, and my only issue with the adaptor for our chicco seat was that it migrated a bit over time. And DH said it was a bitch to attach.

  • On my City Mini single the car seat adapter was kind of a pain. People say this one is easier, but some of the reviews seem to act like they are easy to install and remove, but a pain to put the actual carseat on, or they don't seem stable, others say its perfect though so who knows!

  • I had zero complaints about the Chicco Keyfit adapter for the City Select.  I plan to use it again this time!

  • Awesome! I couldn't imagine they were really *that* unsafe feeling or hard to use. I'm so stinking excited!

  • I noticed they seemed to be less expensive than when I last looked! I need to actually go look at some.
