lopsided boobs!!!!

One boob is producing a lot more milk than the other and is drastically bigger!! How do I even out?

Before I answer I feel like I need a little more info. How old is baby? Have you been pumping?

A week old, I pump and put him on the boob. He lost to much weight in the hospital so I have to pump and bottle feed as well as nurse. I am producing a crap ton of milk!

How much did he lose? I would be putting the pump away at 1 week and putting baby to breast more.

My lo lost 14% of his weight and I didn't break out the pump until 6 weeks. It was tough, but I put him to breast every hour to 90 minutes the first two weeks or so. My milk was slow to come in and he was jaundice, but he did just fine at breast.

Start your baby on the low supplier. It'll increase. I have one that produces more than the other too
