I'm 31 weeks and measuring 35. Going for an u/s this week. I goggled possible reasons and I'm a nervous wreck. This is my second pregnancy. First baby was 6 pounds 12 oz. Anyone have a similar situation?
I'm juuuust 33 weeks and am measuring 36. My midwife was totally not concerned. How tall are you? I'm 5'3 and she said shorter people often measure bigger
I literally just went throught this. I was measuring normal throughout the whole pregnancy and then at my 30 week appointment I was measuring 34 weeks. My doc ordered an ultrasound to check it out and make sure nothing was wrong. (And then I made the mistake of googling so I was so worried until I got my ultrasound)
I had the ultrasound 4 days ago and turns out baby girl is just perfect, she's not big at all and is measuring at the 50th percentile. I have normal amounts of amniotic fluid too. Turns out I'm measuring larger because of how I'm carrying. I'm carrying completely out to the front and none to the sides and the doc said that this skews the fundal height measurements sometimes since baby is all in front.
Good luck mama, I hope this gave you some reassurance!
I measured normal until my 28 week appointment where I measured 35 weeks. I had an ultrasound and had extra fluid. I passed my glucose test, so they don't know why (which they said 50% of the time there is no known cause). I'm still measuring 37 weeks (I'm 32 weeks) so they scheduled another u/s just to make sure the fluid hasn't increased. They don't seem to worried about it, so neither am I.
My fundal height was right on, but LO was measuring big at our 26 week. Her measurements were about 2.5 weeks ahead, which puts her in the 85th percentile for 26 weeks. We will see Monday how things are measuring.
Im going through this right now.. Hopefully find out monday.. Was 30 weeks measuring 34. Went for ultrasound at 32, his head was measuring the 36 body 34.. Now im going to see the high risk dr on Monday...
I had the same issue for week 30 I think I was measuring 33 instead. I also had a huge weight gain. I went back in 2 weeks and I'm slowing down. She said that sometimes they have spurts and then slow down. Don't stress too much, the doctor will find out what's up

So don't stress could be nothing.
