pain in lower belly

This is my second baby...I had a Csection with my first right where the scar is its just extremely painful!!! Almost like a constant I have to poo feeling. Anyone else have this... if so any recommendations on what it is or how to alleviate the pain?

    Sounds like RLP to me but I'm a FTM. Also there is a symptoms thread where you will probably find a lot of posters going through the same thing you are.

    I'm know pain like that is scary and I would recommend lots of water. I'm no doctor though, so if it persists past the point of comfort I would make an appointment.
