Hey ladies!
It's been awhile since I have seen an update from any of you and I was just wondering how you are all doing?
We have still been having our good days and bad days but I have found a great (telephone) therapist who I'm very thankful for. Sometimes just being able to talk openly about what is going on helps my anxiety. My husband has been great but it's hard for him to grasp what it feels like and he is the type of person to want to problem solve not just listen. While I would love if he could just fix this I know it's a process (I have dealt with anxiety/panic attacks for 10+ years on and off) to work through. I struggle the most with my fear that something bad will happen to one of the kiddos when I am home alone with them or when DS is crying and I can't figure out why I worry that something is very wrong.
I hope all you other mammas are feeling better and are having more good days than bad. Hugs to any who need them!
Re: PPA/PPD moms how are you making out
@lovebuggies1 I'm so glad that things are going better and that the PPD and PTSD are easing!
