Hello ladies, joining your board... I am the lucky mom of a beautiful 14mo DD... This journey has been long and hard.... Dec 2011 and Jan 2013 we had our first two miscarriages while battling with TTTC because of my septate uterus... Our DD was born Nov 2013 with EA/TEF (esophagus not attached to stomach & a fistula between trachea and esophagus) and had emergency surgery the day she was born, followed by a stay in the NICU.

Our most recent loss, was actually last night... I was 13w1d, due July 2015... I'd been having complications since week 7. A combination of my septate uterus and a very large and growing SCH... I've been bleeding for 6 weeks and on bed rest... Lastnight I started passing clots, and then passed the baby... I never had any cramping, so if I hadnt happened to look, I wouldn't even know, bleeding has been normal this pregnancy... and now its over...

After three losses and a baby born sick, I'm done TTC... Pregnancy just doesnt agree with my body... I would love to give DH another baby, a boy perhaps, and DD a sibling... but I'm not sure I could handle anymore heartache.

So here I am... Parenting After Loss and trying to picture life with one child... My miracle baby... I'm sorry you ladies have to be here as well, but glad for the company.

    I'm so very sorry for your losses!! I hope your DD is doing better from everything that happened at birth!  I hope you find this group of women to be the support you need!

    I'm new here, I have a 2 year old that was born with so many health problems that we battled with for the first 5 months of her life. I'm going through my second miscarriage and I'm also trying to imagine life as just a family of 3. 

    Since my daughter was born so sick, I just feel like part of her childhood was robbed from us. It was more us playing doctor than parents, so I was really really hoping that we would be lucky enough to have a healthy baby someday. Now I just feel like she's even more of a miracle for us. 

    I hope your daughter is doing well and absolutely perfect. =)
