Thursday Check In 1/15

I've been having pretty bad heartburn this week. My husband was traveling for work and between getting up to pee and to let the dogs out I'm ready for him to come home.

Any big changes this week?

I saw movement from the outside. It's kind of freaky seeing my belly move like that. Also the jig is up at work. My preschoolers finally noticed. Well one in particular told me upon hearing they were having carrots for snack that I was eating too many because my belly was getting big. Now they keep asking me if she is still in there and one today asked how she was getting out. May is a long ways away. I was hoping to hold out longer.

Do you have any appointment updates or news?

Baby girl measured exactly on track last week at our anatomy scan. So excited to be Team Pink! They still need a whole spine picture, but I see the MFM once a month so they aren't too worried.

Do you need any T&Ps for anything?

Not this week. (((Hugs))) for all that need them

QOTW: What is your favorite dessert?

I love fresh from the oven chocolate chip cookies. Mmmmmm. I normally have a sweet tooth, but my pregnancy has made it go into overdrive.

how are you feeling? ready to get the hell out of first tri...I am scared.

any big changes this week? strong HB seen yesterday at 110.

any appt updates or news? next ultrasound is a week from Friday

any t's and p's? I had a bleeding scare yesterday which turned out to be nothing...I just don't want to keep getting scares. I just want an easy pregnancy.

How are you feeling? Better! I haven't taken a Zofran since last Tuesday.

Any big changes this week? Not really.

Do you have any appointment updates or news? I have an OB's appt tomorrow morning.

How far along are you? (please include EDD if you are new here) 7 weeks, blueberry, EDD 9/3

How are you feeling? Ok, a little moody and aggravated easily after a stressful work week and impending deadlines. Some insomnia, mostly waking up at 5 a.m. and not being able to fall back to sleep. Nausea only if I don't drink enough water during the day.

Any big changes this week? Umm, my navy corduroys no longer fit due to my bloat (and holiday eating)

Do you have any appointment updates or news? I have a dating u/s on Tuesday.

Do you need any T&Ps for anything? Just a healthy appointment on Tuesday.

QOTW: What's your favorite dessert? brownies with chocolate chips in them.

@bunnybun4 Welcome! Congrats on seeing the heartbeat! First tri is so scary. (((Hugs))) have you had anymore bleeding? I know that must make you extra nervous. @KikiCohen Good luck at your appointment tomorrow I'm glad your nausea is better.

@emadlma Sorry about the rough work week. I'm sure the insomnia does not help with the stress. Bloat can be so uncomfortable. I broke down after about week 9 and got a belly band because my pants were so uncomfortable. The funny thing is it got better for a bit and I didn't need it but then my real bump started to replace it. Good luck at your appointment on Tuesday.

How far along are you? 26 weeks (+1 day, late post this week)

How are you feeling? My skin has really started itching across my belly from the stretching. I have tried Vitamin E (which sucked) and recently switched to BioOil, which helps with the dryness, but I hate that it is kind of messy. I posted in the 2nd/3rd Tri check-in about some seriously uncomfortable pressure. And an aching feeling down low, felt like I was actually waddling for a few days, seems to have improved today though, starting to feel normal.

Any big changes this week? Last night MH and I had dinner with friends who have a 4 1/2 month old. Who I had to just hold onto most of the night because he is so adorable. Well apparently someone got very jealous and proceeded to kick me over the next 2 hours. Either that or s/he got mad about being squished in there.

Do you have any appointment updates or news? 2 weeks until my GD test, still not looking forward to that at all....

Do you need any T&Ps for anything? None for me but good luck to @emadlmaon your apppointment

QOTW: What's your favorite dessert? I love black raspberry pie, although last night I made brownies and we warmed them up with ice cream and caramel sauce, so good...

How far along are you? (please include EDD if you are new here) 39 weeks (yesterday because I am late getting here)

How are you feeling? I’m feeling pretty good. I mean it’s difficult to get up, sleep, move, whatever – but if I’m relaxing in my recliner, I’m doing feeling great J

Any big changes this week? No big changes really.

Do you have any appointment updates or news? Went to the doctor yesterday and I “may” be a fingertip dilated but it seemed more like he was trying to make me feel better. If I don’t have the baby by Monday, we are going to talk eviction so we’ll see what happens. Even though at this point, I would like the baby to wait until after the AFC Championship Game on Sunday.

Do you need any T&Ps for anything? Not particularly.

QOTW: What's your favorite dessert? I love dessert in general but I guess if I had to choose one above all others – I would go with ice cream. And if I had to go with one particular flavor, I would go with vanilla because there is just so much you can do with it.

@peggels24 : Good luck on baby voluntarily leaving rather than eviction.... And I am a little worried about the GD test because I am hypoglycemic, which means I was prediabetic before baby. I took the 3 hour test to find out what was wrong with me and it was a horrible experience. Although my doctor doesn't require you to fast, so maybe that will help...

@Sllinge My cousin gave me some bio oil back around Christmas and it has helped my dry skin tremendously. Sorry about the aches and pains. Make sure you take time to rest. I think it's cute that your LO was jealous! I love holding babies too!

@peggles24 I hope you can avoid an eviction. Who are you rooting for in the game? I just like Luck and want him to do well even though their chance is so small and they will most likely get pummeled. FX for a smooth delivery!

I'm here, I'm here!! Lol busy couple of days for me as we lost internet again yesterday and I am playing honorary bridesmaid for a friend who is getting married tomorrow so we've been preparing all day today but I'm here!!

How far along are you? 31+1

How are you feeling? Pretty huge and fatigued again but not too bad otherwise

Any big changes this week? Nope, done with weekly U/S now to I think bi-weekly NST

Do you have any appointment updates or news? U/S today went wonderfully! I have officially passed my last milestone! LO is measuring a little big, weights 4 lbs 1 oz, and has hair!! Today is the exact day in my last pregnancy we were told Aaron was not coming home so I was nervous but all is well!

Do you need any T&Ps for anything? Nope but sending them as always

QOTW: What's your favorite dessert? Pie. OMG I love pie!!

Oh yuck I hope that this test isn't too awful for you then. Are you doing the 1 hour first or going straight to the 3 hour?
