How are you feeling? Symptoms? My hips ache

Any appointments coming up? Friday. Will be setting up my GD test, some blood work and an ultrasound.

How far along are you/fruit/EDD? 33 weeks/the illusive durian fruit/March 4

How are you feeling? Symptoms? Getting uncomfortable. I think the relaxin is kicking in, and my joints are loosening up, which is not fun for my hips and back. Still not too miserable though.

Any appointments coming up? Regular appointment on Friday

Anything you need T&P for? not now, thankfully

GTKY: How do you handle PGAL Brain? I try to stay calm, but talk about my concerns to a lot of different people. Mostly DH, but also friends, family, my counselor, etc.

@erinel not fun at all, and it keeps getting worse! haha. I have no idea what a durian fruit is either....lol

40w / jackfruit / TODAY

How are you feeling? Symptoms?
ready to be done. all the same as last week.

Any appointments coming up?
last appointment with my OB till my PP follow-up was today. i had a checkup, NST, and BPP scan. beanie did great on the NST and BPP, all normal and boring. almost no progress since last week when i got checked...i started at 36w at 1cm and 70% effaced, backtracked to 50% for two weeks, up to 70% again last week (although he told me 60%...it said 70% in my file though) and 1.5cm, and 1.5cm and 80% today. if she doesn't come on her own in the next week, i'm on the books for induction on the 21st.

Anything you need T&P for?
just that everything goes well when the time comes, whether it be spontaneous or induction.

GTKY: How do you handle PGAL Brain?
i kept as busy as possible. it was easy in the beginning because SO's mom was so sick and then she passed away. a major distraction, although a very negative one. after the dust settled there, i read books, worked on craft projects, did fun things and procastinated at doing chores. i also have the added benefit of having a preschool-age child, so keeping his schedule and routine going and keeping after him at home was a good distraction as well. PgAL brain actually left me alone for the most part for a few months after a perfect a/s, but now that we're just waiting for her to get here, it's been sneaking back in again. now i'm trying to "nest" to distract myself...cleaning and organizing and doing stuff in the nursery.

@shandorfml2 - thanks for the check-in! ugh, the hip pain. i will not miss that. it started at the beginning of the 2T for me this time.

@erinel - "relaxin" sounds like such a nice thing, doesn't it? why does it have to be so brutal? lol. and tylenol doesn't really touch that pain either. warm baths help me a lot on bad days.

this will be my last check-in ladies, since i'll either have a baby before next wednesday or be induced that day. i want to thank you all for the love and support, and wish you all the most boring, uneventful pregnancies ever, ending in healthy take-home babies and moms.

also, from what i hear, a durian fruit is an asian fruit that smells really, really terrible, but tastes divine. lol

@longcat07 can't wait to see the post that you are in labor! (or had the baby because really you might not have time to play on the internet before she comes haha!). So exciting. Good luck, hope it goes smoothly!

How far along are you/fruit/EDD? 5w1d/appleseed

How are you feeling? Symptoms? Some nausea today and yesterday and sore boobs off and on. I am THRILLED.

Any appointments coming up? Not until my 1st ultrasound on Jan. 26. I'll be 6w5d.

Anything you need T&P for? Just that baby keeps on growing!

GTKY: How do you handle PGAL Brain? This time, I dealt with PGAL brain by not getting betas. All 4 of my losses have been in the first trimester, with the latest of them at just under 9 weeks. So these early days are the hardest and betas make me nuts. Not having numbers to obsess about has made me feel a lot more normal.

@BookishMomma - one of the only times that sore boobs and nausea are really freaking awesome! lots of T&P for baby to stay sticky and keep growing, and a loooooong boring stay here.

How are you feeling? Symptoms?
Terrible. I'm on the verge of vomiting all.day.long. And very tired.
Any appointments coming up?
First ultrasound Monday! So excited, and nervous.
Anything you need T&P for?
For a good ultrasound.
GTKY: How do you handle PGAL Brain?
Mmm...sometimes it handles me. I try to focus on other things that are special in my life rather than desperately wanting this child and worrying about losing it.
