I worked out...for the first time in months...MS benched me around 8 weeks and then the fatigue and then the SUPER sore breasts...I just couldn't do it. I feel so good right now...hoping I can keep this going. Cross your fingers and pray for me. [-O<

I have bad back issues and have been going quite frequently to the chiro, where I also get manual therapy (message therapy) and st4retching therapy, but do to the reasons I stated above slacked on even doing my home stretches (and got the disappointed look from my therapist). So today I just took it slow figuring that easing in would be the best option for me. I did about 15 minutes of intervals on the elliptical lifted 5lb free weights (I had no upper body strength and after my c/s I found it really difficult to move myself around, so trying to remedy that this time), and then I used my foam roller to try and break up the muscle knots in my hips and lower back...love how I feel after I do this.
Yes ask your doctor for sure and take it slow.
I hope to join the weekly workout thread but thought I should at least start working out again before joining so I didn't feel like a fraud! Thanks for the encouraging words ladies...hoping to keep it up through the end of the pregnancy...can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can walk outside as a family!
