Yesterday I walked kind of far in flats (PSA, wear supportive shoes like they tell you to) and when I was walking home all the sudden the outside of my right foot was extremely painful with every step. I woke up this morning and can barely walk on it. I've had plantar fasciitis before and I don't think it's that, maybe tendonitis? I also realize that aching feet is super common in general and I've got an extra 20 pounds in a short time for my feet to carry so I should be more careful. I don't think this counts as something I should be calling my midwife about because they're not foot doctors and it couldn't possibly be an emergency. I know you all are not doctors, but does this sound familiar to anyone?
Re: foot pain
I'd give them a rest and maybe try a frozen water bottle and roll it around like a ball from heel to toe while sitting, with a slight bit of pressure to both massage and ice your foot.
