I finally made it! - Intro from 3T

Hello Ladies!
I have been over at 3T for a little while now, but last Thursday, I got a positive test (IUI cycle with donor sperm), and two betas later, I feel confident enough to at least intro on this board. Truth is that I am a complete mess and could really use the moral support. I guess I didn't think this was ever going to happen, so I am in shock and petrified and deliriously happy all at the same time. Our first ultrasound is scheduled for Jan 27th, which seems so very far away. Anyways, I know there are a few familiar faces around here (@triathlete23), and I am looking forward to getting to know everyone else!
I know that there has been a whole lot of ruckus around TB lately, and I am kind of caught between homes at the moment. I had just left 3T and hadn't gotten a chance to intro here yet before the storm broke. I feel a little adrift, and hopefully this is the right place to be.

Everyone Welcome.
We had discussed doing a 3T grad buddy system where new BFPs can get paired with a volunteer who is either further along in their pregnancy or parenting (like me, as of Saturday... Holy crap!) to be a contact person and emotional support coach for the newly pregnant and nervous. Would you want a buddy? I am happy to be there for you, or if you have someone you'd like to request (either someone you know, or prefer someone with a similar diagnosis, etc.) we can try to make that happen. The whole goal is to have someone you can unleash all that worry to, without worrying about being a nuisance (we have all been there!!!) and have someone talk you through and emotionally hold your hand until you are feeling good about everything.

@southernyankeegirl - you are amazing! A buddy would actually be extremely helpful. I have so many feelings and worries and all I want to be is happy. But, I am afraid I am going to get my heartbroken. Man, I sound like a total bummer.
