  Agree with PP. There's really no way for us to know how your particular pregnancy and birth will be impacted. I'd say definitely discuss this with your doctor, including ways to manage the back pain so you get some relief.

  I have scoliosis and it was something I brought up to my doctor at my first appointment back in October.
