I noticed you posted this exact same question in two different threads 3 minutes apart. It's a good idea to ask your question in only one thread so all your valuable answers are in one place.
I'm sorry you're experiencing pain due to your scoliosis and pregnancy but unfortunately this falls into the bucket of things that strangers cannot give any truly useful information about. Only your doctor will be able to give you reliable information about how your particular degree of scoliosis will affect your pregnancy (if at all).
As PPs stated your doctor is best suited to answer this question as the degree of curve and body type can all affect the outcome and other people's experiences could vary from your own. For me, mine is so slight it doesn't make much difference. However, having had a discectomy and spinal fusion at L5-S1 classifies me as high risk (hardware could be damaged) and basically guarantees no epidural. No two cases are exactly the same so don't be afraid to approach your doctor about it.
I agree with others in that you talk to your doctor about it.
But I will share my experience. I have scoliosis and had surgery with spinal fusion and harrington rods placed when I was 12. I have had some back pain during my pregnancies, but I really don't know if its worse than what others experience who don't have scoliosis. The pain is not severe for me. I was able to get an epidural without any issue and my labors were both pretty easy. So, I would say that scoliosis really didn't impact my pregnancies or labor at all. I think staying active helps, but again, you need to talk to your doctor.
During my first pregnancy I did have to have all my ortho records sent to my OB and a anesthesiologist reviewed them and said I could probably get an epidural, but they wouldn't know for sure until they tried.
