There are two different spin off boards, gbcb and gbcn. I think a lot of sahm folks went to gbcn a couple years ago? Not trying to speak for Lala.

I post on the CD board more than here, I lurk here! Ha. I used to post more before the baby, though. I also post occasionally on the Blended Families board, but it died a few months ago when a whole bunch of regulars started a private Facebook group due to some privacy concerns. It's not totally dead, but pretty near. I sometimes lurk on Special Needs and Working Moms.

I don't post here much any more but do read through every once in a while. I also have spent some time in the July15 board but I don't enjoy it at all. There is a whole lot of drama that seems extremely unnecessary.

I don't hang out on TB anywhere near as much as I used to, but when I was still pregnant with my A14 baby I posted here, my old BMB, and Preemies. Nowadays, just here.

I've been around the Knot, Nest, and Bump since 2006. I've posted on many different boards for many different reasons over the years. I can't keep up with most boards so I don't try. It used to bother me that I'll never be part of the "in-crowd," but I got over it. I'm not going anywhere because even though I've been here since the beginning I never feel well known enough to leave (I've seen several other groups jump ship). I love the Bump -- warts and all.

I remember you from the 2009 GP days! I left then as part of one of those off board groups, spent 4 years elsewhere, then came back to A14 a year and a half ago.

CKC is lost on me! Refresh my memory? But I do remember the little badges for each month. I jumped ship to GPM (Lemon's group) right away after I found out I was pregnant, so I didn't spend all that much time on GP itself. It was all under my same screen name, though, so you can technically click my name and go back and read all my posts from then. That's how I remembered you, actually... I saw your avatar in one of Boxie's old posts and it looked familiar

Interesting! I certainly can vouch for the incredible bonds and friendships that develop within factions of a large chat board... and the amusing amounts of butthurt from outside the circle. The Cocos mean more to me than I could even articulate. That CKC name is hilarious, though! Way to call it like it is, I guess.
