Office Potluck dish?

Hi Ladies-
My office is crazy about potlucks and we seem to have one every month. I always bring spinach/artichoke dip and I want to switch it up. Any good ideas for something that is good, simple and would work in an office setting? We have one tomorrow afternoon. Thanks!

  • Some of my favorites have been queso and chips, pasta salad, mac and cheese, bbq meatballs or you could always do dessert. It is so much easier to transport!

  • I bring in these sweet potato and black bean burritos.  I wrap them individually.  They are good lukewarm, but can be popped in the microwave too.  They have always been a hit.

  • If you want to make a dip, this is the easiest thing ever and people always ask me for the recipe and it is always totally gone.  Spicy, but not over the top.

    Cry Baby Dip

1 jar candied jalapenos, run through the food processor

    1 brick cream cheese, softened

Combine and serve with your choice of crackers.  I usually do wheat thins.

  • I always love when someone brings something warm like slow cooker meatballs or baked beans. I usually make a pasta salad or cut up fruit fir a fruit tray
  • Get a package of cocktail weenies. Pour them into a crockpot and pour in a bottle of bbq sauce. Turn it on. BOOM. You're a rockstar. :)
  • Pulled pork and some rolls is easy, though the meat can get a little pricey. Just cook it in the crockpot overnight.
