Hi ladies, I post on the secondary infertility board and I have had 2 cp's 1 D&C and 1 FET that ended in mc at 7 weeks.....I have a 3 year old daughter that I had no issued except LPD and that still resulted in a natural pregnancy after just 3 months of trying.
We are under the care of an RE and I am 37 and hubby 38. We have had RPL testing and semen analysis and all normal, yet I find myself with loss #4.....I am so discouraged and am looking for some success stories of anyone in any similar situation. My miscarriage happened after heartbeat of 132 at 7 weeks. I thought that PGS and PGD testing was instrumental in avoiding miscarriages with chromosonal abnormalities. We are still waiting for results because it happened right after Christmas.
My beta last week was still 40 so am going back tomorrow morning for another blood test....I have to wait for AF and then hopefully will do another FET in March..I still have 9 "normal embryos" on ice......but my confidence is waivering. Thank you so much for listening and possibly sharing...Thanks again
Re: PGD and PGS testing and normal embryo transferred (FET) ended in mc at 7 weeks
Unfortunately, even normal embryos can result in unexpected m/c; there is no guarantee.
Have you had an immunity work up? Some RE's are not immune friendly (meaning they don't believe in immune problems causing losses).
There are a few ladies around who have battled immune issues successfully and they can give you more information on that.

As encouragement I'll tell you that the other transfer we did from the same screening batch (and really our very last shot) resulted in my DD.
Best of luck
I would agree with kmc and luvboston, and suggest immune testing.

IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!

Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!
One doctor told me to use a super high dose of progesterone, another put me on dexamethasone and my OB suggested immune testing which I had done and in my subsequent pregnancy I was treated for high levels of natural killer cells. Many REs and docs don't really buy into immune issues causing miscarriages so if that is route you want to pursue, you need to find a specialist.
I hope you get something figured out.
Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12
Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.
