Ovulation/Period after Early MC/CP

Hi everyone!
BACKGROUND: Early miscarriage/cp at 5.5 weeks in December. My last period was 11/1. I normally have a perfect (to the hour) 28 day cycle. My period was 2 days late and got BFP's the 30th and 1st of Nov. At my first doctors appointment on 12/10 my levels were super low. Cramping and bleeding started 12/11 and my levels went down to 0 by 12/12.

The doctor said that the first day of bleeding counted as the first day of my cycle. So I am currently on CD34 with no cramps and no period. I took a FRER Sunday afternoon and Monday morning. Both were negative. So my question is anyone who had an early MC/CP when did your cycle get back to normal. The doctor told me I could try again immediately and my periods would be normal. My friend (who has been pregnant 3 times) keeps saying maybe I O'd late and its still too early to show up on a test.

Anyone who commented on my last post when I was going through everything knows my doctor was not very informative or supportive while going through this. I took everyone's advice and will be going to a new doctor next Tuesday. So of course I can ask her all this then, but just wanted to get some insight from some of you. What is going on with my body. Anyone have similar things happen to them???

    My first period came 5wks after my D&C.  Hope this helps and the best of luck to you.

    I MC back in Feb last year. It took 5-6 weeks before my periods became regular. I also thought I was pregnant again, but it turned out it was a really long cycle.

    I had a c/p in January of 2013 and then I got pregnant with DS2 the next cycle. I was charting though so I knew when I ovulated. Were you charting this last cycle? You may have ovulated late. GL I hope the new doctor is more helpful.

    I had a CP last year and it took a couple of cycles for things to get back to normal. Even then, it was a new normal. My cycle is different than it was before the CP.

    My first loss it took about two months for my cycle to start again. The second time it took...4-5 weeks? Just be patient. Stressing about it (I know it's hard not to) will only make it less likely to show!

    I had a MC on November 1st. Never got my period and I am now 9 weeks pregnant! Try a digital test.

    I had a blighted ovum/MC at 8wks and I took the pills to do the process at home on July 5th. I bled for 2.5weeks and then had random spotting. Some months I had 2 periods lasting 6 days each (so much for TTC). My period didn't become "regular" until October, and it changed from 6 days to 3 but still with the random breakthrough spotting. Everyone's body is different. I thought for sure I would be fertile Myrtle and get pregnant right after but my body had other plans.
