Hey everyone!
I haven't written since I was pregnant with my little bundle of joy. She's been here for almost four weeks now and I am beyond thrilled.
But recently, I've started to feel concerned about noises she makes. She coughs sometimes when she eats. I'm assuming that she is just eating too fast. She also makes little squeaks and grunts in her sleep. I just figured she was just making noises. She'll make gurgling sounds.
She doesn't have a fever. She's not having trouble pooping. She's not having gas problems, as far as I know. My husband and I can usually get a few good burps out of her at feedings (I'm pumping and we're supplementing with formula). And when she's awake she seems happy. She smiles at us a lot.
I know some people will say talk to her pediatrician. I plan on it. I've got a list of questions ready when we go see him next week.
Does anyone have any insight before then?
Thanks for all the help and advice!
Re: Baby Noises ... Am I being paranoid???
Obviously, it's still a good idea to talk to your Dr if you have concerns.
RE appointment & testing December 2013 - February 2014= Unexplained IF, possible endometriosis
IUI#1- March 22 (100mg clomid, 75 mg of Bravelle, Ovidrel trigger) = BFP!!!
LO has done this 3 times and it's terrifying until you see they are ok.
I died laughing when I read it!
Aside from the periodic cries of distress she's extremely noisy all the time--the first night we were home I hovered over her bassinet most of the night, the next week I had to clutch DH to remain in bed and say "sleep noises, sleep noises" over and over to resist checking on her. DH, who loves her noises (and can sleep through them) calls her squeak toy and I occasionally refer to her as baby dinosaur in response to her sudden squeals.
