t's and p's please ***HAPPY UPDATE***

Yesterday I had off and on dark red/brown light spotting...this morning I woke up to red blood on my pantyliner and then when I wiped it had a clot in it.  I really hope I'm wrong but I think I know what is happening...
I have an appt with my RE at 945...last week we saw the HB and I should be about 6 weeks 6 days.  I honestly can't believe this could be happening again.  t's and p's that I'm wrong...
 
UPDATE:  Thank you all for all of the hugs and t's and p's...we got to see our sweet little bean this morning with a HB of 110.  there was no blood in my uterus and none towards the cervix on my ultrasound.  My RE used a speculum (sp?) and said that there was some older looking blood around my cervix but nothing to worry about.  Whew.  I am so relieved but still a little shaken up...this is so freaking hard.  Please tell me it gets easier.  Ya'll are absolutely the best!
also- been cramping since I left the RE...can ya'll please reassure my little pgal brain that this is from the speculum or the ultrasound...

    Thoughts and prayers to you. This happened to me at 6 and again at 8ish weeks and it did stop. Hoping everything is ok!!

    2 Furbaby pups, Miley and Ally
    Unexplained IF, 3 rounds clomid= BFN, IUI+femara 2/14 = BFN, IVF 5/14 = BFP!  MMC 7/14.  FET 10/31/14= BFP!!!  2 gestational sacs, one baby with a heartbeat.  Praying for our little bean sprout!

    So glad to read your happy update!!  Congrats :)

    I had spotting and cramping after early internal ultrasounds- it's very normal, but scary nonetheless.

    Yay for the good update! Grow little bean. I think the fear of miscarriage gets easier as you get further along (for me it did anyway). But, PgAL is sooo hard since we've heard of everything that could go wrong! I have been worried the whole time about IC, but didn't have that with my angel and show no signs. Hang in there mama!

    Yay for a great update!  So glad you got to see your LO all snug in there. The cramping could easily be from having the speculum in there. The cervix is soooo sensitive during pregnancy. I'll continue to send T&Ps your way that the cramping goes away so you can rest a little easier.

    Yay for a great update!!! It has gotten easier for me the further I get, but totally agree with @shandorfml2 I worry about so many different things since I have read so many different histories. I just really try to stay present with what is going on with me and not borrow trouble. Congrats again!
