The NT is just an ultrasound and blood work, no risk at all. There wouldn't be any need for an amino unless your results came back with concerns. This is something you should speak to your OB about. They will give you a lot of information about the tests you may need to take going forward.
I would first start with the non invasive tests, First and second trimester screening, NT scan, Fetal DNA test (materniTi, verifi, harmony, etc). Then move onto more invasive tests, like cvs or amnio, depending on the results.
I think it's really good to be thinking about these tests, because some are time sensitive. (My second son measured a day or two too big to complete the NT scan)
