When did/do you go back work - Been back to work since December 18
What do you do - I'm a stat clerk in a budget office for a facility that does overhaul and repair work on Locomotives and train cars <----translation LOTS of spreadsheets
Who is watching LO - She is at daycare
How are you and LO adjusting to the change - We both seem to be doing pretty great. Before I went back I tried to get her in a little bit of routine espeically with going to bed at night. I know this may be weird but I feel like she is even way cuter everytime I see her after I get off work. I know at the end of my materinity leave I was ready to have more then a few minutes or hours away from her.

We are both doing well. I was kind of ready to get back to work.

What do you do: Fraud prevention for an online company
Who is watching LO: Me or my husband 6 days a week, 1 day a week a friend or family member watches LO.
How are you and LO adjusting to the change: The first week was really hard on me, lots of crying at work, this 2nd week seems to be going better. LO was refusing the bottle a lot the first week but is doing better now with that. Pumping is going great as far as supply and we haven't needed to supplement with any formula which I'm really happy about. Hoping I can make it to a year EBF, any extra after that is just a bonus.
Questions: Has anyone seen a dip in their supply now that you are back at work and pumping? How much of a decrease and how long after you went back did you notice it?

SIL moved in with us and is helping watch everyone
How are you and LO adjusting to the change
We are doing pretty good. I am having trouble finding time to pump. I plan for 2 times, but it seems like every other day I have a conflict come up with my afternoon session.
