Big Booty Judy syndrome lol

So I am 16.5 weeks and my butt is massive... like it was already bug but now I am knocking things(and people) over with it. Who feels my pain?

Re: Big Booty Judy syndrome lol

  • I'd say that not preggo, my ass (and boobs) are quite proportionate to my size (I'm 5'2", and 125). But I swear that these two are now in a heated competition to see which will become the largest within a 40 week time frame. I've secretly put $20 on boobs to win...only because I can control the ladies more than a ginormous ass. Here's hoping I win my secret bet, because I seriously don't know the answer to "what you gon do with all that ass? All that ass inside them jeans?" Courtesy of ~ The Black Eyed Peas "My Humps"

  • Oh my lanta, I wore yoga pants the other day because nothing was comfortable. My husband than proceeds to tell me my ass has gotten significantly bigger...really?! Than said your boobs too! Don't lose them after peanut comes... A) I'm 5'2" B) I don't want to buy a new wardrobe to accommodate for my ass and boobs and C) just for that, you can't touch either! He didn't care for my response.
  • My mom has been on my case about using lotion, I'm horrible pregnant or not. Does lotion really make that big of a difference? This is my first pregnancy so I'm not sure what to expect as far as stretch marks are concerned.
  • I'm not sure about the usefulness of lotion either, but I used coco butter lotion with DD and have no stretch marks; however, I've also heard they're genetic, and my mom had three children - no stretch marks. I've heard the scratching thing too, so my thought is, lotion reduces the itchiness of your skin stretching, thus less scratching...but who knows?

Also - I thoroughly enjoy the "Big Booty Judy Syndrome" terminology. I believe my ass is the same size pre-pregnancy, but it did eventually get bigger with DD, so it's a matter of time.

    Pregnancy Ticker

  • As someone who never had much of a booty, my DH and I are really enjoying my new assets (see what I did there?). I just hope it doesn't go away after I give birth!

  • I used cocoa butter with DD and I only hack about 5 stretch marks but damn you could land a space ship in them. Oh and that belly tattoo..well the anchor is looking a little it's from spongebob or something
  • I have big butt envy. image
Me too, I am hoping I can grow a little ass with this pregnancy :)
  • Make sure you lather that ass with lotion! I used stretch mark lotion on my belly all during my last pregnancy and neglected my thighs and ass. No stretch marks on my stomach, but man, it looks like a cat raked it's claws down the back of my thighs and hips. It's Bermuda shorts for me from now on.
OMG I did the same thing with my first pregnancy...I ended up with stretch marks on the backs of my knees and upper calves.  WTH, man?!  Bermuda shorts can't save me lol.

  • I used lotion with my son and still look like a tiger, this time I am trying a doterra oil mixture that my friend made me. It seems to be working better than with my last but I don't know if that is because this is baby#2 so my body is all we got this schnitzel!
  • My ass has always been huge, I think it shrank a little during 1st tri but is back now. I was once told I have ghetto syndrome (big ass, little waist) because my pants always gapped in the back. Now that I don't have a waist, it's getting interesting. My boobs have gone up 2 cup sizes! I need to get on the lotion, too.....soooo itchy!
  • Yes...and my hubby loves it!! It is just too bad I can't keep it after baby:( lol;)

  • A good lotion is always helpful to keep your skin pliant and hydrated (don't forget to drink water and eat healthy fats too!). Stretch marks are mostly genetic in nature but you can minimize the impact with good skin care and healthy nutrition :)
  • And big butts rock BTW!

  • I had a big ass before, but at least it was perky. I am still working out 3-4 times a week, but she seems to be getting bigger and lower. Wahhhhh. DH doesn't seem to mind though!
