Tuesday: was going to be homemade chicken corn noodle soup, but now DH tells me he has an open house and won't be home till later so I'm not making it. DD and I will have leftovers/sandwiches.
Wednesday: Super baked pizza mac, roasted asparagus
Thursday: Breakfast pizza, peaches
That's the farthest out I have planned.

Might steal a recipe idea from this thread because I have no clue ;-)

Monday-Tarragon Chicken with artichoke hearts and rice Tuesday-Leftovers Wednesday-Penne with Meatballs (need to remember to take them out of the freezer-I made a whole pot last month and want to start using them up) Thursday - Leftovers Friday/Saturday probably out or takeout
Sundays are my meal plan/prep days so wont know until then! I am trying to do lots of prep work Sunday during nap time and after bedtime so that most of my during the week cooking is just heating up or boiling pasta, etc. Skinnytaste had some great recipes these last 2 weeks so might pull from there...
