in TTC After a Loss
I find myself here via TTTC, then my BMB, then the miscarriage board. I think that summarizes my journey fairly well.

More specifically, I am 2 days away from confirmation that there really is no fetus. Meaning I'm stuck in that period where I am mourning a loss, nervous about the upcoming D&C, and can't even have wine yet!

That being said, we already know that as soon as I can physically try again, we are getting right back on the TTC train.

No need for sorries, I just wanted to introduce myself so I wasn't some creepy lurker randomly responding to people!

    I'm so sorry for your loss. I had my first D&C in September and was also very scared heading into it, but would like you to know that probably the hardest thing is the nervousness and anxiety leading up to it. The procedure itself is very quick and I had minimal bleeding and pain after (although everyone is different). I'm sure you'll be fine, but wish you all the best.

    I'm sorry for your loss. Welcome.
    Together since April 2004.  Married since June 19th, 2010.
     BFP #1: January 31st 2012: CP. 
     BFP #2: June 1st 2012, Due:2/8/13. Avery was born via unplanned c section on 2/13/13. 
     BFP #3: Sept. 25th, 2014. Due: 6/5/15.  MMC on 10/23/14. Confirmed complete molar pregnancy per D&C 10/29/14, 
    HCG officially negative 12/10/14.  Benched until June 2015.

    Thank you. I am under the care of an RE and have no intention of TTC until they give me the green light.

    Welcome to the board. I'm so sorry for your loss and that you find yourself in a limbo waiting for your D&C. I had to wait a week for mine after we found no heartbeat. It was hell, but I also felt that it gave me time to process what was happening. I went into my D&C very peaceful. Granted, there were still many tears before and after that. But I had made some peace with it at the time. Wishing you the best going in to your procedure.
