This is a tough one. Third arm is so practical, but all the strange looks would really annoy me. I guess I gotta go with the third arm, though.

Considering MH was in a farming accident about 10 years ago and his arm was cut off and reattached, and never gained complete use again- I've seen his struggles and hurt, so ill go with the third arm

Holy Moley, Maple2. It must be hard to see him struggle, but it is truly amazing to me that modern medicine has come so far!

Like off... It was seriously awful, but modern medicine is right! Most of the things he struggles with now no one but me, his parents or brothers would even notice. Typically detail hand function (think opening a candy wrapper), or opening up his hand (to grab a cup, he slides his hand along the edge of the table to force it open first). He is seriously blessed though.

And I am dying laughing at all the mental imagery of where a third arm could come from. Holey Moley!

Third arm sounds really useful.

If I only had one functional arm I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have a second kid, at least not yet. I couldn't do it!

Plenty of my TBI and stroke kiddos are hemiplegics. It's not fun. 3rd, functional arm for sure. It'd get some looks, but imagine the magic tricks you could muster.
